Study visit to University of Jyvaskyla, Finland, 5-19 June, 2015.
Within work package 3 (Activity 3.3) in the period from 5 to 19 June 2015, 14 participants attended the 15-day training program in the field of leadership in education.
The aim of the visit was to equip the program participants with new knowledge, skills and exchange of experiences for the finalization and fine tuning of master program Leadership in Education in Serbia.
The training program was held at the University of Jyvaskyla, and was organized and hosted by the University’s Institute for Leadership in Education.
Topics of the lectures and workshops included: pedagogical leadership, mentoring and tutoring, strategic learning cycle, knowing oneself as a leader, leading in a changing world, etc.
The participants also visited the teacher training school of the University of Jyvaskyla and Open university of the University of Jyvaskyla, and meet and discussed educational leadership with students (principals in training) and mentors in the programs at the University of Jyvaskyla.
