Conference Challenges and dilemmas of professional development of teachers and leaders in education, Belgrade, Serbia, 27 November 2017.
The Institute for Educational Research, Serbia (P5 IPI) in cooperation with the Institute for Improvement of Education of the Republic of Serbia, Hungarian-Netherlands School of Educational Management, University of Szeged (Hungary), Institute of Educational Leadership, University of Jyvaskyla (Finland), organized International Conference “Challenges and dilemmas of professional development of teachers and leaders in education”. The conference was held on November 27, 2015 in Belgrade.

The conference was held within dissemination activities of the TEMPUS project (Act 7.4 and Act 7.5), considering that it deals with educational leaders (of schools and of classrooms) and their professional development, the focus of the TEMPUS project. The conference has been also accredited as a short-term in-service training by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (MEST).
At the conference there were four key note speakers and more then 30 presentations. Over 100 people have attended the conference (researchers, principals and teachers). Papers from the conference have been published in the Proceedings titled „Challenges and dilemmas of professional development of teachers and leaders in education” in Serbian and English language (pp. 333).
