EdLead project kick-off meeting was held in Jagodina at the Faculty of Education of University of Kragujevac on the 16th and 17th December 2013. All EdLead partners attended the meeting where the project work packages and partner roles were presented and discussed (on the first day) and project management and finanacial/administrative rules were explained (on the second day). First activities were planned in more detail; the substantive work on the Work package 1 was to begin immediately after the kick-off meeting.
